Jamil Zacharia

Jamil Zacharia is a producer, vocalist and jazz trained guitarist originally from Byron Bay, NSW. Now based in Melbourne, he draws influence from electronic and organic worlds alike to create cinematic, ambient and beat driven music. As a performer Jamil has shared stages with the likes of Hiatus Kaiyote & Ainslie Wills. His scoring work includes several collaborations with surf cinematographer Darius Devas and a soon to be released pairing of music with spoken word on the popular NPR radio show Snap Judgement.
